Over time and with experience, Natalie has developed a system for personal growth, “Practical Pathways”(P4 system).

This is a proven system to help you identify and take responsibility for the areas of your life that are not working for you, and to develop new tools and skills for creating lasting change.Using a combination of Life Coaching, Theta Healing and Reiki, Natalie will identify negative and limiting belief systems that are holding you back from creating a positive and happy life. Once these beliefs systems are identified, they can be replaced with positive belief systems that allow you to change your mindset to become more positive and self empowered.

Once these new belief systems are in place, you will feel more in charge of your life, enthusiastic about creating change and confident in your ability to manifest a life you will love.

Sessions usually last for 90 minutes and Natalie will intuitively blend all modalities to offer you an unique and highly beneficial treatment, aimed to meet your personal needs.

During this year,  I have been contacted by many people wanting to learn how to use Reiki for their own healing and to heal others. My workshops have grown considerably during this time, indicating strongly to me that people are ready to take responsibility for their own healing. In fact, our Reiki family has grown to over 50 practitioners, including 10 kids!

Many have commented that they have been challenged in finding a Reiki master in their area or when they do, they are unable to participate for other reasons.

I know that time and access can be a challenge, so we have developed the concept of :

“Reiki on the Road”.

While Natalie offers a comprehensive workbook and Reiki certificate, she prefers to teach free form. Allowing her students to feel comfortable enough to share their experiences, thoughts, fears and ideas in a safe and nurturing situation. Her workshops are very hands on, encouraging participants to explore, develop and recognise their innate healing abilities, even before the Attunement takes place!

Upon completion of these one day workshops, each participant is a qualified practitioner. Ready to start a new career, helping others to heal themselves gently and naturally.

We are able to come to your home or a venue in your town.
